Home

Microsoft came out with Window's Live Local recently which is basically their version of Google Earth. I found my parents' place [image above] and it's cool to see their car and even the shadows of the trees in our backyard =) Amazing.

And so, in thinking of home ...

This post goes out to all those who, out of obedience to Christ, are away from "home", be it short-term or long-term ... whether because of your career, ministry or studies ... and because home is usually where familly and friends are, being away can be tough sometimes. So as a reminder that God has not forgotten you or your sacrifice, I want to encourage you with a word from our Teacher ...

"Peter said to Him, 'We have left all to follow You!'" “I tell you the truth,” Jesus said to them, “no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life." Luke 18:28-30.

So keep your eyes on our Prize [Jesus Christ] ... until we all reach our true "Home". It's never a waste to live for Him.
